Removing Unwanted Lines from Netbeans File Templates

Here I am implementing a framework and every single file I create has the following text at the top:


To change this template, choose Tools | Templates
and open the template in the editor.

It took me a bit of searching and reading but I finally found an effective way to get rid of it without changing all the templates in the IDE.

1. Tools
2. Templates
3. Licenses
4. Default License
5. Open in Editor
6. Get rid of the lines or modify as desired

This template is imported into who knows how many others so changing it affects a whole lot of them.
